Franchesca Kerr established Legal Document Services of Central Florida to help individuals with low-cost legal document services. She stands on the front lines making sure all our clients get the service they deserve. Mrs. Kerr’s love for law began when she majored in legal studies at University of Central Florida. At the same time, she was working for Morgan & Morgan, a personal injury law firm, where she assisted hundreds of clients and worked in a variety of cases. After she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies, Mrs. Kerr began working at Colling, Gilbert, Wright & Carter, another personal injury law firm, where she gained more experience in trial preparation, court rules, and legal document preparation. Over the course of her employment, she worked in various areas of law and other prestigious law firms in the Orlando area. Mrs. Kerr met the requirements and became a Florida Registered Paralegal with the Florida Bar while working under the supervision of an attorney in the Winter Park area. She is now an active member of the American Bar Association, National Association of Legal Assistants, and Florida Association of Legal Document Preparers.
